BUYINGThe buying process is the most important step to generate a higher rate of return. A property is strategically negotiated and purchased only if the price falls into the minimum percentage projected to yield at least 7% return on the investment.

REMODELINGA minimum of three estimates are required before any of the qualified and approved contractor can begin the remodeling process. All contractos go through a strict qualifying process and the contracts ensure that the quality of the work and deadlines will be met.

SELLINGThe listing price is based on a market research of the comparable properties sold in the last six months within a one mile range. Our approved mortgage brokers and title companies ensure that the buyer will be approved for a loan and the closing will be done smoothly.
